Our syllabus program is designed to support Black students aged 8-16 in developing their academic skills, cultural awareness, and leadership abilities.
Through a combination of online learning, peer mentorship, and enrichment experiences, we aim to inspire and equip our students for success.

Typical Term Structure
Typical Term Structure
Duration: Terms last between 10 -12 weeks, and follow the English term timetable
Weekly Sessions: Engaging interactive online sessions covering our three core modules
Saturday Structure: School starts at 10 and lasts for 3 hours.
Enrichment Programme: There is an option for students to sign up for Enrichment classes, workshops and clubs.

Our Enrichment Programme is designed to support Black students aged 8-16 in developing their non academic skills including financial literacy and leadership abilities.
Through a combination of peer mentorship, and enrichment experiences, we aim to inspire and equip our students for success.

We strongly encourage ensuring your child wants to join BlackStarAcademy. Once you've convinced them. Here is the application process.
Submit Application: Complete our online application form.
Personal Statement*: Write a brief essay (300-500 words) on why you want to join BlackStarAcademy.
Interview**: Selected candidates will be invited for a short interview with our team.
Acceptance: Successful applicants will be notified and welcomed into the program by thev5th January
*Requirement for secondary school age students** In the event of oversubscription we may have brief informal chats before confirming acceptance into the programme.
